    Simplicity of Meditation

In reality, meditation is simple. Once you understand what meditation is, its purpose, and how it works, you’ll see the beauty and naturalness that lie in its true simplicity. You will get a very clear, simple view of meditation, and time tested techniques to practice it effectively and correctly. You will be meditating successfully in the very first session. Maybe you have wondered about whether meditation could be a healthy addition to your daily activities, whether it might bring known or unforeseen benefits to your life. In this class you will experience some of the benefits of meditation and you will learn how meditation is a tool for understanding your essential nature. It is perfect for beginners and those of you with meditation experience that want a fresh perspective and an opportunity to learn more about your inner truth. Roger Cohn has been practicing the Diamond Approach for the past 20 years and has completed the seven-year teacher training program of the Ridhwan School.

Each session is comprised of three consecutive Mondays from 7-9 PM. Tuition is $49 for the whole three evening session. To register please contact Roger Roger.Cohn@comcast.net or 720-810-4721.
