ONGOING GROUPS
NEW! Diamond Heart 8
This Program is still open and accepting new students. We expect to close this program after the January 2012 weekend. Please contact Andreas at AMouskos@gmail.com or 303-463-4502 for details on how to apply for admission.
The yearly schedule of DH8 includes four two-day weekend meetings and two five-day non-residential retreats. Every two-day weekend starts on Friday (6.30-9.30PM) and finishes on Sunday around 5.30PM (Sat & Sun 10.00AM to 5.30PM). In adition there is an evening meeting approximately every two to three weeks. THis meeting is usually on Thursdays from 6.30 - 9.00PM.
The average monthly cost is about $170. This does not include the fees for private sessions with your Ridhwan Teacher or an initial interview fee of $120. There is also a $155 yearly Ridhwan membership fee.
Starting with January 2011 all new students and those who have joined recently will be required to attend an Essential Discovery weekend (a one-time commitment) in addition to the regular meetings. This Essential Discovery weekend will serve to get new students caught up and help them follow the program more productively. If you are not able to attend an Essential Discovery weekend prior to your joining DH8, you can attend the next available one. There are several Essential Discovery weekends scheduled. You are only required to attend one of those. New students can join on one of the weekends after attending an orientation evening scheduled a few days prior to the weekend.
DH8 Make up weekends: Once the Program is closed after the January 2012 weekend, we will announce a series of makeup weekends that will be required of all students who have not received the specific teachings covered in the particular make up weekends.
Diamond Heart 7
Though closed to new students, it is still open to established students who are at the same level of study as the current level of the DH7. For inquiries on joining the DH7 call Katie or Michael Boone at 303-499-2434 or email ktboone@aol.com

The True Simplicity of Meditation
In reality, meditation is simple. Once you understand what meditation is, its purpose, and how it works, you’ll see the beauty and naturalness that lie in its true simplicity. You will get a very clear, simple view of meditation, and time tested techniques to practice it effectively and correctly. You will be meditating successfully in the very first session. Maybe you have wondered about whether meditation could be a healthy addition to your daily activities, whether it might bring known or unforeseen benefits to your life. In this class you will experience some of the benefits of meditation and you will learn how meditation is a tool for understanding your essential nature. It is perfect for beginners and those of you with meditation experience that want a fresh perspective and an opportunity to learn more about your inner truth. Roger Cohn has been practicing the Diamond Approach for the past 20 years and has completed the seven-year teacher training program of the Ridhwan School.
Each session is comprised of three consecutive Mondays from 7-9 PM. Tuition is $49 for the whole three evening session. To register please contact Roger at Roger.Cohn@comcast.net or 720-810-4721.
