The Practice of Inquiry: A 10 session class
What is inquiry? What is the nature of this mysterious practice that, when engaged in, in a deeply personal and embodied way, can bring us into direct contact with our True Self. This class provides an opportunity to explore in-depth one's understanding and experience of the process of self-inquiry as it is practiced in the Diamond Approach.
Through presentations and exercises we will explore our relationship with curiosity, knowing and not knowing, allowing, superego, the experience of embodiment and other elements that affect our inquiry.
This class is open to all; students and friends, relatives and others interested in the Diamond Approach. See flyer.
New class begins Monday January 9, 2012.
Mondays, 7-9:30pm at the Ridhwan School in N. Berkeley.
Taught by Barbara Knyper, an ordained teacher of the Diamond Approach.
For further information and to register contact Barbara at 510 206-0345, or email bgknyper@gmail.com
