The Online Operations Manager will be part of the Diamond Approach Online (DAO) Team and will provide online courses about the Diamond Approach to the public. This role will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of DAO including: interfacing with necessary staff and consultants to manage online course content; overseeing setup of productions/broadcasts for online programs; interfacing with presenting teachers and crew; researching, hiring and supervising necessary production personnel. This position reports to the DAO Co-Directors.

The Bookkeeper position will perform accounting operations and banking functions of the organization and its fundraising entity (Friends of the Diamond Heart). Operations range from accounts payable and receivable, researching and providing background financial data to be used in budget process, generating various reports and general bookkeeping. This position will also perform some administrative support for collection of organizational membership dues school wide through the on-line payment systems.
